One of my coworkers put this sign on our photocopier last week as we start up yet another year of clearing paper jams and waiting for it to stop overheating enough for us to print our handouts and quizzes for class. I'm feeling a bit like that printer at the moment -- jammed up, with too much to do. I have friends visiting from out of town and so I'm taking a few minutes this morning, before they get out of bed, to reorganize my thoughts about the coming week and do triage. What has to get done? What can wait until next weekend? What needs to get done before class tomorrow morning?
~come up with a healthy meal plan for the week
~go to the gym three times and lift upper body weights
~make a quiz for Friday
~reorganize painting space
~spend more time with Foxy out of her crate
~finish hanging all decorations in my classroom
~go thrifting for work clothes and nashpop items
